IDE Technical Coordinator

This role supports the technical operations of an international online education program serving thousands of participants across multiple countries. You will coordinate the systems and integrations that power teacher registration, learning, communication, and progress tracking throughout each cohort. The position combines hands-on systems administration, data quality, automation, troubleshooting, and cross-functional collaboration. You will work across platforms including Salesforce, TalentLMS, WordPress, WooCommerce, and Zapier to keep information accurate and workflows running smoothly. As multiple cohorts operate simultaneously, your ability to diagnose issues, prioritize competing demands, and improve processes will have a direct impact on program delivery.
