A Little More About The role: We’re looking for an ICHRA Solutions Consultant to be a subject matter expert who helps internal Gravie departments sell and support ICHRA clients. The ICHRA Solutions Consultant will assist with Business Development and Sales in presenting ICHRA, effectively describing Gravie’s services, developing customer-specific solutions within program scope and capabilities, and communicating our value proposition, which differentiates us from competitors. This role will also support Account Management and Implementation Managers with implementations and ongoing program support to ensure a successful handoff from Sales. This role will play a key role partnering with sales managers and marketing on inside sales efforts.
