A Little More About The role: This role is focused on supporting the operational communications that help members and employers navigate our ICHRA product. You will help our team maintain day-to-day communications workflows, ensure content accuracy, coordinate cross-functional reviews, and support CRM and segmentation updates that keep ICHRA messaging consistent and reliable. You will report to Gravie’s Product and Member Marketing Leader to scale communications capacity, improve alignment across teams, and ensure clarity in how we communicate enrollment, payments, plan usage, renewals, and ongoing operational updates.
