HSE Program Specialist

The HSE Program Specialist will support the delivery and continuous improvement of core Health, Safety, and Environment programs across a large, global organization.This role combines technical HSE expertise, performance analysis, stakeholder engagement, and program execution.You will help translate HSE objectives into practical initiatives that strengthen compliance, operational performance, and safety culture.Working with program leaders and stakeholders across the organization, you will analyze performance data and identify opportunities for improvement.The position also plays an important role in driving behavioral change and promoting consistent HSE practices across diverse operations.You will contribute to standardized processes, best-practice sharing, and the effective implementation of annual HSE plans.This is a remote U.S. opportunity, with a preference for candidates located in Houston, offering meaningful impact in a collaborative and continuously evolving environment
