This role combines strategic HR partnership with data analytics to support RFP responses, workforce planning, and the launch of new business.You’ll serve as a key HR partner to teams involved in Medicaid-related proposals, implementations, and operational transitions.A significant part of the role involves building, analyzing, and presenting workforce and operational data to guide business decisions.You’ll collaborate across HR and business functions to align staffing, resources, timelines, and people processes with organizational priorities.The position offers an opportunity to influence change, identify workforce risks, and improve HR practices through actionable insights.You’ll work in a remote, cross-functional environment where independent judgment, organization, and clear communication are essential.This is a strong fit for an HR professional with analytical expertise who enjoys turning complex data into practical recommendations and business outcomes.
