HR Partner (ER, Performance, Leadership)

What is the job? We’re scaling fast, doing things differently, and we’re looking for a HR Partner. Someone that thrives using creativity and deep ER & people expertise to guide people managers in an environment that has variety and the occasional bit of chaos that comes with startup life. This is a hands-on, people-first role where you’ll partner closely with our rapidly growing Patient Experience function, supporting managers and teams through a period of significant growth and transformation. You’ll play a key role in shaping the employee experience, building management capability, and helping teams perform at their best in a fast-paced operational environment. This role is not for a HR generalist. It is for a true subject matter expert, that specialises in employee relations, performance, coaching managers through complex situations and driving people initiatives.
