HR Business Partner, Product & Technology

The role / impact As a People Experience Business Partner, you will operate in a true partnership model, creating and driving strategic people initiatives for a global portfolio while acting as the primary support to senior leadership teams. You will work closely with colleagues across all regions and centres of excellence to ensure that consistent, impactful people programs are rolled out effectively and aligned to the global people strategy. Your influence will span a broad spectrum of responsibility, providing guidance on everything from organisational design and leadership capability to complex employee matters. By leveraging data to derive meaningful business insights, you will help shape the people priorities that allow our teams to deliver their best work.
