As the HR coach and trusted business partner, you will advise, coach, and influence leadership team and people managers to bring our vision to life, shape their strategy, foster our entrepreneurial culture and strengthen the way they work together to deliver business results.
Supporting Germany, you will lead the delivery of an aligned People strategy through targeted initiatives across organizational design, diversity and inclusion, talent management, transformation and change, and employee experience.
In this role, you will balance hands-on operational support with strategic workforce planning, helping to design an organization that can enable and sustain future growth in Germany.
You will champion a culture of continuous improvement and adaptability as the business evolves.
The scope of the role will continue to grow, offering exposure to new challenges, learning opportunities, and assignments that require curiosity, agility, and an explorer mindset. In addition to supporting the local team, you will ensure strong alignment with the broader European HR vision and foster close collaboration across the regional HR community.
Essential Functions of the Job:
Translate the Germany business strategy into HR interventions that support impactful business outcomes
Continue to evolve HR practices establishing standards, policies and benefits aligned with German regulations
Develop organizational and workforce plans aligned to long-term business strategy
Build an inclusive environment and coach leaders on priorities and collaboration
Partner with HR Operations to resolve complex operational tasks
Participate in HR projects and ensure alignment at country and functional level
Advise leaders on organizational design, performance, talent, retention and engagement
Partner with Talent Acquisition and leaders to ensure key positions are staffed with the best talent and continuously improve hiring practices
Contribute to HR community and external partnerships
Coach and mentor HR colleagues
Ensure compliance with German labor law, including co-determination requirements, works council (Betriebsrat) engagement, and employee representation processes whilst driving sustainable business growth
Key Performance Indicators:
Establish policies compliant with German laws and regulations
Use data and analytics for decision-making
Develop impactful HR strategy aligned with European priorities
Drive talent agenda and succession planning in Germany
Experience & Capabilities:
Strong knowledge of German labor law and HR practices
International HR experience
Strong experience in organizational development and talent management
Experience with agile and design thinking approaches
Ability to lead change in a dynamic environment
Self-motivated and comfortable with ambiguity
Supervisory Responsibilities:
Partner closely within the HR COEs in Europe and the HRBP community to ensure the best employee experience
Travel: 20%
Salary Range Germany: 115,200.00 EUR - 144,000.00 EUR
