HR Advisor (12 month fixed term)

The role & impact Working closely with a global team of People Experience (PX/ HR) Advisors, this role provides generalist advice and guidance to Xero employees, people leaders and the wider HR team. You'll be a trusted advisor across the full spectrum of people matters, from legislative compliance and onboarding through to performance management, global mobility and employee relations. This is a 12 month fixed term opportunity which involves working closely with our HR Business Partners to deliver strategic initiatives and cyclical activities, including annual salary review, talent mapping and calibration, and engagement deep-dives. You'll help identify trends and opportunities to build leadership capability, contribute to a culture of continuous improvement, and look for ways to bring more automation and self-service into how Xeros experience our people processes.
