HIM Ambulatory Business Analyst

This role supports health information management (HIM) operations across clinics and outpatient departments in a fully remote environment.You will help translate operational needs into documented workflows, business requirements, and practical process improvements.The position combines HIM expertise, business analysis, project coordination, training, and stakeholder engagement.You will work closely with clinical and operational teams to implement and maintain HIM standards across outpatient settings.A key focus will be monitoring compliance, identifying process gaps, and providing actionable feedback to clinic leadership.You will also support new clinic implementations, acquisitions, and other initiatives requiring structured HIM analysis and change management.The role offers broad exposure to healthcare operations and the opportunity to improve the consistency, efficiency, and quality of HIM processes.
