Health Safety and Environmental Specialist

Our partner is looking for a Health Safety and Environmental Specialist based in the United States. This remote role is responsible for strengthening health, safety, and environmental performance across multiple client sites.You will help develop, implement, and improve HSE programs that support regulatory compliance, risk reduction, and operational excellence.The position combines field-based safety expertise with training, compliance monitoring, incident investigation, and data analysis.You will work with facility teams, clients, government agencies, and HSE leaders to identify risks and drive effective corrective actions.The role offers broad exposure to diverse operating environments and requires an adaptable, proactive approach to safety leadership.You will play an important part in building a strong safety culture while helping teams understand and consistently apply HSE requirements.With approximately 25% travel, including potential international travel, this is an opportunity to make a measurable impact across a multi-site organization.
