ABOUT THE ROLE
As Head of Strategic Projects, you will lead and scale our Expert Data Services business providing frontier model companies with access to leading domain experts in life sciences and medicine. You will own the P&L, set commercial strategy, manage senior customer relationships, and lead a team of Strategic Projects Leads responsible for delivery and execution.
This is a senior, GM-style role combining revenue ownership, people leadership, and operational excellence.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Own the P&L and overall performance of the Expert Data Services business.
- Set and execute commercial strategy for AI data and model improvement offerings.
- Negotiate and close complex, high-value project-based engagements.
- Lead executive-level relationships with foundation model companies and research labs.
- Hire, manage, and develop a team of Strategic Projects Leads.
- Define pricing, scoping, and delivery standards across the portfolio.
- Ensure high-quality execution of complex clinical AI projects.
- Identify new use cases, expansions, and adjacent business opportunities.
WHAT YOU BRING
- 4–8 years owning commercial and operational outcomes in strategy, consulting, or leadership roles.
- 1+ year in a human data or strategic projects role.
- Proven experience owning revenue or P&L responsibility.
- Strong negotiator with experience closing complex deals.
- Experienced people leader with high standards.
- Commercially sharp with strong judgment under pressure.
- Comfortable with ambiguity and senior-level accountability.
- Motivated by ownership and building durable businesses.
