The role / impact This strategic position is pivotal in driving the field sales enablement strategy that supports Sales success in the region. You will ensure the long-term growth of the partner sales team through world-class enablement programs that impart relevant knowledge, drive uplift in core capability, and embed the usage of best-in-class tools and practices. By creating comprehensive enablement plans and delivering learning experiences that delight stakeholders, you will measurably drive business outcomes for Xero. You will be responsible for translating regional business needs into productivity plans that improve the readiness of our field sales teams. The team / how they connect You will be a key leader within the Global Revenue Enablement and regional sales leadership teams, managing local field sales enablement members while indirectly leading regionally aligned content and readiness specialists.
