The Marketing Team is responsible for driving brand, customer and business growth across the UAE, KW and Qatar. We do this by developing marketing strategies and programs to build awareness, create demand, optimize traffic, and continually improve our brand experience customers to deliver growth for the business. We apply research, analyze performance metrics, and provide product and industry expertise and understanding of customer behavior to inform and refine the business’ marketing strategy and execution. We develop content, manage, and deliver targeted merchandising and promotional activities. We apply customer-centric methodologies to improve our brand experience for customers. We drive marketing excellence by measuring efficiency and effectiveness of activities. We deliver improvements in the process to scale delivery.

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Marketing Manager/ Head of Marketing to lead our Restaurant and New Verticals marketing team across the Middle East. This newly created role will work closely and collaboratively with commercial teams, product teams, other global and local marketing leads/ teams and our Restaurant/ New Vertical partners to deliver best-in-class Joint Business Plans, co-marketing strategies and promotional programs to deliver business results.

What you'll be doing

- Restaurant and NV Marketing Strategy | Define the strategy for restaurant and NV marketing including how to support different segments of restaurants, groceries and retail partners to maximise customer and order volume growth. Lead the marketing conversations with internal stakeholders including our global counterparts and local commercial teams, and external stakeholders including partners and agencies.

- Restaurant and NV Marketing Program Development & Innovation | Plan and build an annual promotional program to drive value perception and incremental customers and orders, adapting from global playbooks and toolkits where applicable. Achieve execution excellence with meticulous program management skills, proven team leadership skills and attention to detail. Deliver high profile marketing innovation with partners. Develop best-in-class β€˜painting the town teal’ visibility strategy across both physical and digital spaces.

- Campaign Performance Measurement | Design framework for new and existing program experimentation and tracking to increase the scale of success. Utilize data-driven decision making to improve the performance and scalability of our restaurant and new vertical marketing programs. Ability to navigate ambiguity and triangulate in the absence of data.

- Stakeholder & partner management/ influence | Be obsessed with our partners and their business, and get to know our key partners' businesses inside and out.
