Head of PSP and banking -FX

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Head of PSP and banking - FX based in Canada. This senior remote role offers the opportunity to lead the full payments and banking function within a fast-growing international FX environment. You will own the strategy for PSPs, acquirers, banks, and payment infrastructure across multiple markets. The role combines commercial negotiations, payment optimization, risk management, and operational oversight. You will focus on improving approval rates, controlling costs, and ensuring smooth client deposits and withdrawals. The position has direct influence on revenue, client experience, and the resilience of the payment ecosystem. You will also lead a payments team and work closely with Compliance, Finance, Risk, Retention, and Technology stakeholders.
