Head of Product - AI Shared Services

The role / impact Xero is building the shared platform services that will sit underneath some of our most important product and technology bets. As the Head of Product for AI Shared Services, you will lead the strategy and execution of platform areas such as Eventing, Communications, and Search among others, shaping the next generation of products and standards that teams across Xero rely on. This is a chance to turn fragmented tools and experiments into coherent, reusable capabilities, so Xeros spend less time rebuilding foundations and more time delivering value to Xero’s customers. It is a high impact, high visibility role, with plenty of scope to learn, shape, and grow.
