Job Description - Head of Plus Propositions & Partnerships We are looking for a passionate Head of Loyalty Propositions to help shape Deliveroo’s consumer loyalty strategy globally. A key company mission is to become a Plus-first business and this role will be central to ensuring the success of this objective. You’ll be responsible for defining and delivering new initiatives that drive long-term customer value and determining how to engage, grow and retain our most valued customers so that Deliveroo is always their go to brand. It’s a fast paced, data driven and highly cross functional business, so you’ll need to be creative in your approach, commercially savvy and highly collaborative. What you’ll be doing - Proposition development: Responsible for designing the right loyalty proposition for each global market; which includes understanding the consumer needs in each market, how well our existing loyalty propositions are serving them today, what competitors are offering, and how we should evolve our proposition which balances growing the programme with our short and long term financial objectives.
