Head of Operations

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Head of Operations based in the United States. This is a high-ownership operations leadership role responsible for building the operational infrastructure that enables a fast-growing, profitable SaaS business to scale.You will initially work hands-on across revenue operations, contracts, vendors, partnerships, people operations, recruiting, systems, and compliance.The role is designed for a builder who can learn each process, improve it, document it, and ultimately delegate it to a growing operations team.You will work closely with the CEO and senior leaders, taking ownership of responsibilities that currently require executive involvement.Over time, your scope will expand into operating cadence, partner strategy, pricing and deal modeling, and strategic research.Success requires exceptional organization, direct communication, strong judgment, and a willingness to handle both strategic and highly practical work.This is a remote U.S. opportunity with significant autonomy and a clear path toward becoming a broader operational leader within the organization...
