ABOUT THE ROLE We're looking for a Head of Observability to join our Observability team and define the future of how Supabase is monitored, debugged, and understood. The group is responsible for supporting our engineers internally, and the millions of developers building on our platform. You'll own the observability strategy end-to-end: the internal platform our teams rely on for incident response and reliability, and the customer-facing product that gives developers deep visibility into their Supabase projects. You'll have significant latitude to evaluate our current tooling, make build-vs-buy decisions, and chart the technical direction for the function. This role is ideal for someone who has built or significantly scaled an observability platform at a devtools company, hyperscaler, or high-scale tech company who is excited about doing it again with a wide mandate and decision-making authority.
