Head of Marketing for a Content Delivery Network

The Role

We are looking for a strategic yet hands-on marketing leader with deep experience in CDN services. This role requires someone who can own and implement the marketing strategy while executing key initiatives, ensuring strong market positioning and demand generation.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a B2B marketing strategy tailored to the CDN industry.
• Build and shape the brand identity, messaging, and positioning.
• Drive demand generation through digital marketing, content marketing, SEO, GEO, and paid media.
• Create compelling content, case studies, and thought leadership to position the company as an industry high-performer and thought-leader.
• Lead product marketing efforts, translating technical features into business benefits.
• Own marketing analytics, measuring campaign effectiveness and optimizing ROI.
• Organize and manage the company’s presence at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to maximize visibility and engagement.
• Lead and manage the Business Development Representative(s) as well as other additional resources driving appointments and sales inquiry. 
• Manage PR, social media, and partnerships to enhance brand awareness.
• Work cross-functionally with sales, product, and engineering teams to align marketing with business goals.

Who You Are

• 3+ years of working at a CDN provider in marketing or product management.
• Proven track record in B2B marketing, demand generation, and brand building.
• Hands-on experience with SEO, GEO (AI), PPC, content marketing, and digital campaigns.
• Ability to craft compelling messaging that resonates with business audiences.
• Strong data-driven mindset, using analytics to guide decisions.
• Experience working in fast-paced, growing companies where agility is key.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Experience in event planning, trade show management, and industry networking.
