Head of Marketing

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Head of Marketing based in Germany. As Head of Marketing, you will own the go-to-market strategy and market positioning for a growing B2B technology platform serving complex operational needs across multiple industries. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will connect Product, Sales, and Partnerships to turn sophisticated product capabilities into compelling commercial stories. You will shape category positioning, buyer journeys, pricing and packaging guidance, demand generation, and product launches from end to end. This is a highly hands-on, individual-contributor role where you will build the marketing function through direct execution rather than managing a large team or external agencies. You will also play a key role in expanding the distribution network and enabling partners to generate revenue effectively. The role is fully remote across EMEA, with working hours aligned to CET/CEST and regular travel across the region.
