About the Team The Partnerships team builds external relationships that expand the reach and impact of OpenAI’s products. We work closely with Product, Engineering, GTM, Legal, and Policy to turn partner capabilities into durable product, distribution, and growth opportunities. About the Role We’re looking for a Head of Product Partnerships, LATAM to lead OpenAI’s partnership strategy and execution across Latin America. You’ll identify, develop, and deliver partnerships that accelerate adoption of OpenAI’s products across enterprise, developer, and consumer channels. You’ll build relationships with global technology platforms and regional leaders, including enterprise software vendors, telecommunications companies, cloud providers, and government-aligned organizations. This role requires strong regional judgment, product intuition, commercial rigor, and the ability to move from strategy through deal execution and delivery.
