Head of Human Resources

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Head of Human Resources based in Brazil. This role offers end-to-end ownership of the people function within a growing remote-first organization of employees and freelancers.You’ll lead talent acquisition, people operations, employment compliance, performance, compensation, and culture while partnering closely with senior leadership.The position combines hands-on HR execution with strategic responsibility for building scalable people systems and practices.You’ll oversee the employee lifecycle, from recruiting and onboarding through development, compensation reviews, and offboarding.A strong focus on Quebec employment requirements makes legal and regulatory expertise particularly important for this role.You’ll also shape role clarity, manager effectiveness, employee engagement, and the systems that help a distributed team stay connected.As a member of the leadership team, you’ll have direct influence on organizational health, retention, and the employee experience.
