Head of Health, Economics & Outcomes Research (HEOR)

Our partner is looking for a Head of Health, Economics & Outcomes Research (HEOR) based in United States. This senior leadership role will shape the HEOR strategy supporting a broad and growing portfolio of pipeline and marketed therapies. You will lead a team of HEOR scientists and oversee the development of scientifically credible value evidence across multiple indications and global markets. The role works closely with Real World Evidence, Clinical Development, Medical Affairs & Evidence Generation, Market Access, Commercial, Regulatory, and Patient Advocacy teams. You will help identify evidence gaps and translate them into targeted, timely evidence-generation plans that support development, launch, and sustained market access. The position combines scientific leadership, organizational strategy, stakeholder engagement, and team development in a highly collaborative environment. It also offers the opportunity to evolve the HEOR capability as technology, healthcare systems, payer expectations, and the product portfolio continue to change.
