This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Head of Engineering, Sales & Marketing Tools based in India. This is a senior engineering leadership role with ownership of a mission-critical platform powering a large, distributed commercial organization. You’ll lead the modernization and scaling of complex systems used by tens of thousands of field sales professionals and millions of users. The role combines platform engineering, distributed systems, legacy re-architecture, financial correctness, and organizational leadership. You’ll guide a large engineering organization through multiple layers of leadership while remaining deeply connected to technical strategy and execution. You’ll have significant autonomy to improve reliability, scalability, and engineering effectiveness across a rapidly growing platform.
