Our partner is looking for a Head of Commercial Events and Operations – Philips IGTD based in United States. This senior leadership role will shape and execute a data-driven, customer-first commercial events strategy for a large healthcare technology business.You will oversee a complex portfolio spanning 80+ internal meetings, approximately 200 medical education engagements, and more than 225 tradeshows annually.The role combines strategic planning, operational excellence, financial management, and measurable commercial impact.You will lead and develop a team of 11 events professionals while partnering closely with marketing, sales, medical education, finance, and senior leadership.With responsibility for approximately $4.5M in direct variable spend and influence over an additional $7M in indirect costs, the position offers significant executive visibility.You will establish stronger investment frameworks, reporting, KPIs, and processes that demonstrate how events contribute to business growth.This is a remote, field-oriented position requiring travel to priority events and strong c...
