HCM Test Automation & Quality Engineer

This role focuses on ensuring the quality, reliability, security, accessibility, and compliance of an enterprise Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM platform.You will support a large-scale federal modernization program where defects can directly affect payroll, benefits, and career management.The position combines hands-on test automation with comprehensive functional, integration, performance, security, accessibility, and user acceptance testing.You will help validate agency migration waves, integrations, payroll results, and quarterly platform updates before production deployment.Working within a SAFe Agile continuous testing framework, you will collaborate with technical teams and government stakeholders to maintain high quality standards.The role offers significant technical ownership, including mentoring junior team members and leading focused testing initiatives.It is an opportunity to apply advanced quality engineering practices to a high-impact public-sector technology environment.
