Hardware ServiceNow Architect

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Hardware ServiceNow Architect based in United States. This is a senior architecture role focused on shaping and delivering enterprise Hardware Asset Management (HAM) capabilities within the ServiceNow platform.You will support a large-scale Department of the Air Force Enterprise IT as a Service environment and own the architectural direction for hardware asset management.The role covers the full hardware lifecycle, from planning and procurement through deployment, maintenance, refresh, and disposal.You will optimize the CMDB, strengthen data integrity, and design integrations with enterprise systems and discovery tools.The position combines hands-on ServiceNow expertise with strategic architecture, governance, financial visibility, and operational optimization.You will work closely with technical teams and business stakeholders across IT, Procurement, Finance, Operations, and Compliance.This is an opportunity to serve as a technical authority on a mission-critical enterprise platform while driving scalable, secure, and sustainable solutions.
