About the role Weโ€™re looking for a GVP of Strategy & Business Development for Public Sector to define and drive Cursorโ€™s long-term approach to government markets. This leader will sit at the intersection of go-to-market, product, and partnershipsโ€”identifying where we should play, how we win, and who we partner with to accelerate adoption. Youโ€™ll work on the highest-leverage problems in the public sector business: shaping market entry strategy, standing up key partnerships (e.g., system integrators, primes, and cloud providers), and driving strategic deals that unlock entire segments. This role is both highly analytical and deeply external-facing, requiring strong judgment, creativity, and the ability to execute.
