GTM Engineer

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a GTM Engineer based in the United States. As a GTM Engineer, you will build and optimize the systems that power scalable pipeline generation in a fast-growing AI environment. You will own outreach, prospecting, and audience development while using automation and AI to make the go-to-market motion more efficient. The role combines sales development, marketing operations, data, automation, and technology to create repeatable growth systems. You will design multi-channel communication flows that turn inbound signals and target audiences into qualified sales conversations. You will also shape the tooling, processes, and plays that support account-based programs, campaigns, and events. Working closely with sales, marketing, and RevOps, you will continuously measure performance and improve the engine based on data.
