ABOUT THE ROLE: We're hiring a GTM AI Operations Lead, Sales to own how AI and automation accelerate our GTM motion. This is a builder role for someone who is equal parts operator and architect — comfortable in Salesforce and the GTM tech stack, fluent in how revenue teams actually work, and energized by designing AI-driven systems that compress manual effort and surface insight reps and leaders can act on. You'll sit at the center of how deals move: diagnosing where pipeline stalls, building the automations that keep it healthy, and turning our CRM and conversation data into leverage.
