THE ROLE

We are seeking a Growth & Marketing Manager, based in the UK to act as a key driver of LemFi’s expansion across Chinese communities in the United Kingdom. This role will be instrumental in launching new markets, accelerating user acquisition, and building strong community and partnership networks to fuel sustainable growth.

The role will involve representing Lemfi at Chinese community events in the UK, signing up new users, arranging sponsorship opportunities and networking with Chinese communities across the country.

Joining LemFi at a critical phase of international expansion, you will operate as an entrepreneurial self-starter who thrives in fast-paced environments, takes calculated risks, and executes with speed and precision. You will own growth outcomes for your assigned markets, acting as both a strategic thinker and hands-on operator who is deeply embedded in the communities we serve.

You will work closely with our Growth, Marketing, Product, and Operations teams while serving as the internal voice of the user, ensuring LemFi’s offerings resonate locally and deliver measurable impact as we scale.




HOW YOU’LL CONTRIBUTE




TRAVEL ACROSS THE COUNTRY

- You will attend events, expos, and community meetings in the UK, representing LEMFi as a brand ambassador and key point of contact to drive brand awareness and new customer sign ups

- You'll build and expand LEMFi’s community network by networking with local leaders, partners, and organisations, setting up meetings and agreeing sponsorship for existing community events.


GROWTH & USER ACQUISITION

- Develop and execute comprehensive user acquisition strategies tailored to Chinese ex-pat communities in the UK.

- Own growth targets for assigned markets, consistently driving results across online and offline channels.

- Optimise campaigns using data and insights to improve performance against acquisition KPIs.


COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT

- Lead community-driven initiatives to build trust, awareness, and advocacy for LemFi.

- Organise and participate in local events, meetups, and forums to educate users about LemFi’s services.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with community leaders and grassroots partners.
