This is a strategic and hands-on growth marketing role focused on scaling paid social and driving measurable customer and revenue growth.You’ll manage and optimize campaigns across major platforms while identifying new channels and opportunities for expansion.The role combines performance marketing expertise with creative experimentation, analytics, automation, and AI-enabled growth strategies.You’ll own the paid social testing roadmap and work closely with Creative, Brand, Analytics, Martech, and other cross-functional teams.You’ll also help shape an emerging B2B strategy across social channels, expanding the impact of the program beyond its core consumer audience.The environment is fast-paced and highly data-driven, with significant ownership over budgets, experimentation, measurement, and results.This opportunity is well suited to a growth marketer who enjoys building new programs, challenging established playbooks, and finding the next scalable growth lever.
