LOCATION AND FLEXIBILITY
This is a hybrid role. This model requires the ability to work in a hybrid mode from one of our offices in São Paulo (2 times/ week or 8 days/ month) or Porto Alegre (3 times/ week or 12 days/ month). Our WFN culture is designed to foster in-person innovation, collaboration, and connection with team members local and visiting from other global offices.
THE OPPORTUNITY
Reporting to the Sr. Manager, Digital Marketing and partnering closely with the Director, Digital Growth & Marketing Operations, the Growth Marketing Manager will:
- Own channel performance and P&L accountability across paid search, paid social, programmatic, and emerging platforms.
- Serve as a hands-on technical operator with expertise in bid strategies, pacing, targeting, and funnel optimization.
- Lead structured experimentation in partnership with creative, content, and data science teams.
- Champion the adoption of AI and Agentic AI workflows to accelerate optimization, personalization, and campaign orchestration.
- Act as a senior cross-functional partner, influencing creative, content, product, and analytics strategies to maximize growth.
- Support the data-insight-action growth using our customer data platform and data intelligence tools.
RESPONSIBILITIES
CHANNEL MASTERY & PERFORMANCE
- Serve as the technical expert across digital performance platforms: Google Ads, DV360, SA360, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Meta Ads, RollWorks/AdRoll, DSPs, DMPs & CDPs.
- Develop and optimize advanced bid strategies to maximize ROI and efficiency across channels.
- Own budgets, pacing, and channel outcomes with accountability for revenue, pipeline, and efficiency.
- Identify and scale net-new growth opportunities across emerging platforms, partners, and tactics.
