As a Growth Marketer, Community & Engagement, you will own the earliest stages of the relationship between educators and a mission-driven education platform.You will develop content, community experiences, and advocacy programs that turn free teacher users into highly engaged, enthusiastic advocates.The role combines growth marketing, storytelling, community building, events, and data-informed experimentation.You will work closely with Marketing, Product, Sales, Support, and Retention teams to translate educator insights into stronger engagement and downstream opportunities.Your work will include newsletters, webinars, blogs, social content, conferences, meetups, and ambassador initiatives designed around genuine teacher value.You will have significant ownership to build new programs from the ground up while continuously testing, measuring, and improving what works.This is an opportunity to directly support educators and contribute to a broader mission of expanding access to high...
