About the Role
10x Team connects expert freelancers with leading AI labs building next-generation models. We are looking for knowledgeable growth marketeers based in the EU or UK to enhance the accuracy, depth, and real-world relevance of AI-powered marketing and growth systems.

What You Will Do

- Review and refine AI-generated outputs related to growth marketing strategy, campaign execution, funnel optimization, and practical aspects of growth marketing work

- Evaluate AI responses for strategic value, practicality, and compliance with real-world marketing practices

- Draft realistic growth marketing scenarios based on your direct professional experience

- Create scenario variations from different perspectives (e.g. growth marketeer, product manager, client, or agency partner)

- Identify gaps, oversights, or weak reasoning in AI-generated marketing content

In simple terms: You will assess and improve AI-generated content, ensuring it reflects authentic growth marketing processes, campaign strategy, and practical marketing decision-making. Rather than conducting traditional marketing work, you’ll apply your expertise to help AI systems understand and reason about growth marketing at scale.

Who You Are

- A senior-level growth marketeer with significant professional experience within the EU or UK

- Experienced in advising on, developing, and executing growth marketing strategies, campaigns, and experiments

- Skilled at evaluating content for marketing consistency, strategic clarity, and compliance

- Comfortable working independently and providing structured, critical feedback

- Available for 8–20 hours per week, with prompt availability
