Higharc is seeking a hands-on Growth Lead to run the GTM experiment loop for our new self-serve business. This is a hybrid marketer and builder role: you’ll design tests against the self-serve funnel, build what’s needed to run them, interpret the results, and scale those that work. WHAT YOU’LL DO Self-serve is a new business line at Higharc, and we’re placing bets in two parallel tracks, product and GTM. You’ll own the GTM experiment loop end to end. That means taking ideas from hypothesis to live test to a kill-or-scale decision fast. You’ll build the landing pages, tooling, tracking, and automation each experiment needs, then judge the results with a sharp analytical eye.
