Growth Campaign Manager, Lifecycle

This role translates lifecycle marketing strategy into coordinated, measurable member acquisition and engagement campaigns.You will build, launch, test, and optimize multi-channel campaigns across email, SMS, and direct mail.The position combines hands-on campaign execution with project management and selected cross-channel Growth initiatives.You will work closely with Marketing Operations, Data, Content, Design, Product, and other Growth teams.A strong focus on campaign analytics will help you identify optimization opportunities across conversion and engagement funnels.You will also introduce AI-assisted workflows that improve campaign planning, execution, reporting, and cross-functional coordination.This is a remote, individual-contributor opportunity in a data-driven environment where experimentation and measurable impact are highly valued.
