ABOUT THE ROLE We're hiring a Growth Analyst to own measurement, experimentation analytics, and performance reporting for a fast-growing consumer mobile subscription product used by millions of users worldwide. This is a high-impact, high-ownership role where you'll serve as the analytical backbone of the Growth team. You'll ensure data accuracy, evaluate experiments, and translate complex data into actionable recommendations that influence pricing, onboarding, retention, monetization, and product strategy. You'll work closely with Growth, Product, and Data teams in a lean, fully remote environment where experimentation and data-driven decision-making are core to how the business operates.
