The position
This is an exciting time to join Remote and make a personal difference in the global employment space as a Group Product Manager. You'll have a massive impact on our organisation, and will help create opportunities for millions of people around the world.
As a Group Product Manager , you will play a pivotal role in leading and overseeing the strategic direction and development of our payment products and services.
Your primary responsibility will be to drive the vision, roadmap, and execution of our HR solutions, ensuring they align with the company's overall business goals and customer needs. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, and customer support to deliver innovative and user-centric payment experiences.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in product management, with a proven track record of managing teams and successful product launches.
- Proficiency in Cursor and/or Claude Code is required. You must be able to autonomously build, debug, and ship functional code/prototypes, not just write specs.
- Extensive experience in the B2B SaaS industry
- Strong leadership and people management skills: you've made significant progress
