This is a hands-on product design leadership role focused on solving complex problems across back-office experiences within a fast-moving SaaS environment.You will lead a talented design team while remaining deeply involved in product vision, strategy, research, interaction design, and prototyping.Working closely with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Data Science, you will shape experiences that create measurable value for customers and the business.The role combines strategic thinking with detailed execution, requiring strong judgment in ambiguous and evolving environments.You will establish lean design standards and processes that balance quality, speed, consistency, and team capability.You will also help modernize the design practice by using AI as a creative and strategic accelerator throughout discovery and delivery.This is an opportunity to build a high-performing design culture while influencing products used across a large and complex industry.
