Group Lead, Operations Account Management

This is a full-time remote leadership role overseeing operational performance across a portfolio of healthcare clients.You’ll serve as a senior operational liaison, connecting client stakeholders with internal delivery teams across revenue cycle functions.The role focuses on billing, follow-up, collections, denials, claims resolution, cash performance, and accounts receivable outcomes.You’ll use operational data and KPIs to identify trends, mitigate risks, and drive corrective action across multiple accounts and teams.The position combines client relationship management, strategic problem-solving, operational optimization, and people leadership.You’ll mentor operational leaders and staff while establishing consistent execution standards and removing barriers to high-quality delivery.Success will be reflected in client stability, reduced escalations, stronger financial performance, and reliable service across the assigned portfolio.
