Group Finance Controller

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Group Finance Controller based in Switzerland. We are looking for an experienced Group Finance Controller to lead and scale financial operations within a rapidly growing international technology business. Reporting directly to the CFO, you will oversee group accounting, financial reporting, consolidation, and internal controls across multiple entities and currencies. You will also lead and develop an established accounting team while strengthening financial processes and operational efficiency. A key part of your mission will be modernizing finance systems, introducing automation, and leveraging AI to build scalable financial operations. Working closely with senior leadership and FP&A, you will ensure accurate financial information supports strategic and investment decisions.
