Graphic Designer (Elearning)- Senior Associate

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Graphic Designer (eLearning) – Senior Associate based in India. This role offers the opportunity to shape engaging visual experiences across eLearning, digital, presentation, and print projects. You will transform learning content, client requirements, and brand guidelines into compelling visual concepts, storyboards, and production-ready assets. Working within a collaborative creative environment, you will partner with learning designers, project managers, programmers, media specialists, and other designers. You will take ownership of design quality while balancing creative ambition with timelines, budgets, accessibility, and client expectations. The role also provides opportunities to use advanced design and AI image-generation tools to create modern learning experiences. As a senior creative contributor, you will help improve workflows, mentor designers, and strengthen the team's overall creative capabilities.
