Lead and develop a high-performing team of Google media buyers within a fast-growing international iGaming environment.You will take ownership of traffic volumes, quality, budgets, and the team's overall performance.The role combines hands-on expertise in Google Ads with strategic planning, experimentation, and people leadership.You will shape marketing roadmaps, develop hypotheses, oversee testing, and optimize conversion funnels.Working closely with Design, Development, Finance, and other teams, you will help turn performance insights into scalable growth.The position also offers opportunities to drive automation, explore new tools, and build technology-enabled solutions.This is a fully remote role designed for an experienced media buying leader who enjoys autonomy, ambitious goals, and continuous professional growth.
