This is a global payroll leadership opportunity focused on delivering accurate, compliant, and scalable payroll operations across multiple countries and legal entities.You will oversee day-to-day payroll execution while driving continuous improvement across processes, systems, controls, and service delivery.The role works closely with HR, Finance, Accounting, Tax, Treasury, IT, Benefits, and Shared Services teams in a complex international environment.You will contribute to payroll system consolidation, HRIS integrations, automation initiatives, and broader technology transformation programs.As a people leader, you will coach and develop payroll professionals while establishing strong cross-training and succession practices.The position also plays a critical role in SOX compliance, audit readiness, data integrity, and payroll governance.This role is well suited to an experienced payroll leader who combines operational discipline, technical knowledge, analytical thinking, and strong stakeholder management.
