Global Payroll Manager

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Global Payroll Manager based in United States. The Global Payroll Manager will oversee payroll operations across a complex, multi-entity organization, with direct ownership of U.S. and Canada payroll and oversight of international payroll delivered through global vendors. This role is responsible for ensuring payroll is accurate, timely, compliant, and scalable across multiple jurisdictions and payroll cycles. You will partner closely with People, Finance, HRIS teams, and external providers to maintain data integrity and deliver a seamless employee experience. The role also provides an opportunity to strengthen processes, improve vendor performance, and support payroll expansion into new countries and states. Success in this position requires strong analytical judgment, operational discipline, and the ability to manage sensitive information with discretion. This is a fully remote role within the United States, with occasional planned travel.
