Global Payroll Implementation Specialist - GPIS

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Global Payroll Implementation Specialist - GPIS based in Italy. This role offers the opportunity to become a technical specialist in global payroll implementation within a fully remote, international environment. You will manage the setup and transition of new customers onto a global payroll platform, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and delivery within agreed timelines. The position combines payroll expertise, technical configuration, data management, customer engagement, and process improvement. You will work directly with customers and multiple internal stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver seamless payroll implementations. The role also provides an opportunity to improve processes through automation, contribute to platform testing, and strengthen documentation and operational standards. Success requires strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, ownership, and the ability to manage multiple projects independently.
