Global Food Operations Specialist

ABOUT THE TEAM The Global Food team is responsible for designing, operating, and scaling OpenAI’s food program across offices worldwide. The team partners closely with Workplace, Finance, Real Estate & Workplace (REW), vendors, and technical teams to deliver a high-quality, hospitality-driven employee experience while building the systems, processes, and operational infrastructure needed to support OpenAI’s rapid global growth. The team also leads operational integrations for acquisitions, ensuring newly acquired teams are successfully onboarded into OpenAI’s food program standards and operating models. ABOUT THE ROLE As a Global Food Operations Specialist, you will support the execution and continuous improvement of OpenAI’s global food program across multiple offices and regions. You’ll help coordinate daily operations, support vendor performance and governance, manage operational reporting and systems, and contribute to the development of scalable processes that enable global growth.
