As a key member of our Global Energy Team, you will lead business relationships with key Energy delivery partners, including Global Systems Integrators, Service Delivery Partners, Cloud Service Providers, and System OEMs. Together, we will enable these partners to expertly lead with NVIDIA AI-enabled solutions for the Energy industry. From accelerating seismic processing in the cloud to AI-enabled smart meters at the edge of the electric grid, NVIDIA technology is redefining the way in which energy is found, produced, generated, moved, stored and even consumed. This role will be the catalyst to helping our key partners deliver more solutions to energy companies to increase production, lower costs, deliver faster time to outcomes, reduce risk, and lower their carbon footprint.

What you'll be doing:

  • Foster strong business relationships with key Energy delivery partners, ensuring a clear strategy is defined to enable them to provide NVIDIA solutions.

  • Collaborate with partner Energy leadership teams to devise enablement plans and improve their abilities on GPU accelerated computing.

  • Act as a liaison between partners and NVIDIA Energy Solution Architects, facilitating PoCs, platform porting, and RFQ responses.

  • Define business goals, supervise progress, and develop joint go-to-market plans.

  • Bridge the gap between partner sales teams and NVIDIA, identifying top accounts for joint engagement.

What we need to see:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

  • 8+ years of experience in complex sales or partner business management environments, demonstrating strong technical expertise, sound judgment, and business intuition.

  • Strong understand of the Energy landscape and technology needs in O&G and/or Power and Utilities. From datacenter to edge.

  • High energy levels, effective communication and written skills.

  • Experience addressing senior leaders and large audiences.

  • Proactive, creative, and flexible, with the ability to work independently and accomplish tasks on schedule.

  • Familiarity with modern computing techniques and the ability to acquire technical knowledge to serve the needs of technology companies.

  • Ability to connect effectively with team members at all levels.

  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.

Ways to stand out from the crowd:

  • Self-starter with integrity, accountability, and ambition, attracted to significant opportunities.

  • Proven track record to thrive in a fast-paced environment requiring strong communication skills.

  • Experience working in software platform company and/or middleware company that experience in helping developers leverage platforms to accelerate time to production software.

  • Desirable experience in graphics, AI/deep learning, high-performance computing, cloud data centers, and/or edge computing.

  • Proven track record of balancing multiple customers and customer programs across worldwide geographies and time zones.

Your cash compensation will be determined based on your location, experience and the pay of employees in similar positions with 85% paid through base salary and 15% variable compensation. The cash compensation range is 200,000 USD - 304,750 USD.

You will also be eligible for equity and benefits.
